Refund policy

Singles:

  • Due to the fluctuating value of single cards we do not accept returns caused by negligence in selecting the appropriate cards and change of mind.

  • If an item is damaged during transit you may request a refund or exchange, once evidence has been provided and verified (Image of the item should be provided within 24 hours upon receipt)  

Sealed Product: 

  • We do not accept returns caused by negligence in selecting the appropriate products and change of mind.

  • DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM if the parcel arrived damaged, we will first contact the courier to claim compensation.(Image of the item should be provided within 24 hours upon receipt)

Lost Orders:

  • In the event that an order has gone missing; please contact us immediately!

  • We will not accept any liability if an item has been lost due to incorrect address details.
